Okay use of sound effects and music... but try making an actual story and make it a bit more interesting. This was okay but what I disliked the most was the lack of background. And you could use some more sprites.

The animation was okay for the things that you didn't draw with paint... but it was just a failing Windows parody in general. The painted stuff, the lack of good icons, the lack of features, all the "lol's" and "Fails". I know Windows is sometimes not the best, but its not like everything you do with it fails. Therefore the flash is pointless.
You acn do better! I know it! Just learn some more about flash!

Yes, the animation of the sticks were okay, there was really no storyline, overall the animation was acceptable, the cartoon moved to quickly and was too shot. Way too short.

I am sorry, but when you are an animator, you have to make sure that when you submit a flash, that it is GOOD and not BAD. No offense to you, but when people upload their "First Flashes" they usually suck.
Just take a look at some animations or games on this site. Its for at least acceptable work.
I had to learn that the hard way,... by myself.
Trust me man, I can see you making some good flashes. You just gotta work harder!
